COACHING
About me...
Hey, you wonderful soul! It's so nice that you're here, reading these lines. Just the fact that you've made it this far says a lot about you!
It takes a lot of courage to embark on the journey of finding answers for one's life, facing the fears that many out there shy away from... but here you are, and for that, I hold the utmost respect for you!
Hi, I'm Christoph, and I've personally experienced how challenging it can be to make a change when your life is actually quite okay, and you have no idea what you want instead!
The picture you see here shows me on January 31, 2022 – it shows me waiting for my landlord to hand over the keys to my apartment, which had been a secure retreat for over 7 years whenever things outside were falling apart!
I can't exactly recall what was going through my mind at that moment, but you can believe me on this – I was really questioning myself, and the words that probably best described my situation were: "What the hell are you doing here right now?"
Because it wasn't just about giving up my apartment; it was more or less leaving behind my entire previous life to follow a feeling, the feeling that there must be more than just okay.

The image you see here shows me on January 31, 2022 - it captures the moment I was waiting for my landlord to hand over the keys to my apartment, which had been a secure retreat for me over the past 7 years whenever things outside seemed to be chaotic.
I can't exactly recall what was going through my mind in that moment, but believe me, I was really questioning my actions with words that probably described my situation best: "What the hell are you doing right now?"

When we make a fundamental change in our lives, it feels as if a part of us is dying! And this is precisely why many of us – including me back then – struggle so much with it. After a brief sense of excitement, the fear of actually taking the first step often follows, accompanied by the sentence we've all probably said at some point to stay in our comfort zone: "Actually, it's not that bad!
Why Coaching?
"I stumbled upon this book back then, 'The 5 Regrets of the Dying,' and the point that haunted the main characters the most was: 'I wish I had the courage to live my own life and not the one everyone expected of me.' Every time I read that sentence, it gives me goosebumps! Can you imagine how frightening it is to realize at the end of life that you've pleased everyone except yourself, with no chance for change?
This thought inspired me to leave my old life behind and embark on a journey without exactly knowing what I was looking for!
The answer to the question: 'Would I regret it if I didn't?' - a clear yes!
How about you? Would you regret not doing it? Spending time in a meaningless job? Staying in an unfulfilling relationship, fearing loneliness? Not taking that world trip, worrying about the consistency in your resume?"
In the last two years, conversations with my fellow human beings revolved almost exclusively around such questions. The reactions when I shared my story often were: 'I would too, but...', ...I'm too old now, ...now it's too late, ...I can do a bit of everything, but nothing really well, ...I have a house to pay off, a family to support, ...the list could go on endlessly.
In 7 out of 10 cases, the reaction is exactly like that, which, between the lines, means nothing else than I'm afraid to pursue the things that truly matter to me!
As a coach for self-discovery and self-realization, I have set the goal of helping you overcome your fears and self-doubt, creating an even happier, more self-determined life for yourself!
We're not here to lead a life that feels okay at best! We're here to live our best possible life, a life full of abundance, happiness, and satisfaction. A life that makes sense and contributes to a world we want to live in through our individual talents.
For me, coaching makes exactly this sense, and my mission is to help you shape your life so that one day you can look back with a smile, without any regrets!
I sincerely wish that for you!
